A Joggle in the Park

I have had several people in the last week ask me, "how do I make a joggle in the sheet metal in Inventor"? Well I am sure there are alot more of you who want to know how to do this in 2010. So I am going to show you right now....(by the way this is going to be a short entry this time because this is so easy).


1. Start the FLANGE command.











2. Set the FLANGE ANGLE to "0" (that's a zero just in case you were wondering).















3. The next step we need to do is use the drop down arrows in the lower right corner and check the OLD METHOD BOX.










4. Next pick the edge you want to create the joggle on. (If you see the preview life is good).







Hit "OK" and that's it......told ya.....short and easy.
